why don't you start with traditional aspects:
libraries and library science and then move on to information science

such as:
A. Librarianship as a profession
B. Libraries and library buildings
C. Management of libraries
D. Library operations (processing of the collections)
E. Use of iibraries and user studies
F. Publishing
G. Information science (general)
H. sociology of information
I. Information sources
I. information retrieval
J. Information technology and computing

not sure why there is an entire section (J) devoted to archives?

technical services operations: acquisitions, cataloging (beware
American spelling), classification, indexing, shelflisting
I would remove 'intellectual content analysis' is this not the same as
cataloging / classification / indexing

libraries and library buildings
quote in some kind of order:
national
governmental
academic
school
public
museum
special (business, medical)

remove world and health libraries?

library buildings: includes architecture, planning, design.
removal?

serials management: comes under library operations?

something like photocopiers would come under library design, not
information technology?

hope this helps a little.
