[cgiapp] YAPC::NA talk proposals due today

The YAPC::NA talk proposals are due today:

I have submitted a talk proposal on darcs and one on
DBIx::Simple+SQL::Interp.

I would still like to see some CGI::Application related talks this
year, and would be happy to review drafts of anyone else were to submit
something and have it accepted. 

And if someone submitted a talk about CGI::Application + PSGI, I would
be motivated to help improve our PSGI support before the conference.
