[repec-help] step-by-step instructions

Hello again.

Before we actually help new archive maintainers, I would like to get some 
help regarding our step-by-step instructions at 
http://ideas.repec.org/stepbystep.html.

These are the instructions that we give in the standard message to those 
enquiring. Visibly, they are not good enough for some, so I would like to 
have some input as to how they could be improved. Everything is fair 
game...
