[Repec-data] A first proposal

Hello all,

I hope you had a chance to look at the documentation. To get things 
started, I want to make a proposal for template fields. Please have a look 
at it and tell us all through this mailing list whether

1) you think if fits the requirements for data that you manage, i.e., data 
that you could have indexed in RePEc.

2) you think this is operable, i.e., you could see yourself converting 
exisitng metadata into the fields I am suggesting.

I may have missed something, or assumed something ridiculous, do not 
hesitate to voice your opinion.
