I have seen it, thank you. Mike told me that he is no longer doing any
work on this, so he hoped you would reply.
Moreover Mike Keen says we are welcome to use the scheme.

About this point I have already resolved the matter with an XML file which
I have set up in E-LIS (our Open Archive).

In any case we are deciding to merge together both NewsAgent and RIS
classification schemes with some other modifications and integrations
in order to rielaborare some topics.
The subject three will be used from people in order to deposit 
(self-archiving)
documents
