We seem to have an issue with the mysql database. It started with just one
table (cit_doc_similarity), but now many more tables are affected.

I've just disabled most cronjobs which use mysql, directly or indirectly.
But the RAS service web frontend is still running and accessing the
database.

We need to recover these tables, and the RAS web frontend needs to be
disabled in the meantime -- otherwise it may interfere.
