What the heck is going on?

First there is the quoted error message below.

Then, a message for a new institution suggestion was sent to my old UConn 
address.

Then, I get mail bounces for magic session suggestions from email 
addresses that have changed long ago to new ones.

Was an old cache of undelivered emails suddenly released?

Or is it because old nebka is online again?
