[RAS] nebka update

  I have switched the distribution on nebka to stable. I want
  to delete fcheck. Updating the package list,  I see

  I tihnk hat none of the NEW packages are required.
  in the updated list, I don't think we need amd64, 
  the php and the python packages.

  If I don't read any opinions to the contrary, I will
  perform this update, deleteing the packages I think wew
  don't need.
