I got this error message and the site was down. I logged in
and the machine is fine. The apache is not running.

I tried to restart apache and:

nebka:~# /etc/init.d/apache restart
Configuration syntax error detected, not starting/reloading...
Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/adnetec/WWW] does not exist
Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/admnep/public_html] does not exist

fopen: No such file or directory
apache: could not open document config file
/home/aacis/etc/acis.openlib.org.apache.conf
failed!
nebka:~#

so I removed references to 2 apache conf include files
in ~aacis and restarted apache.

seems to work now.
