Hi Jiri,

Thanks - I'll certainly send a patch.  Now I've confirmed I'm on the
right track, I'll try to do a bit more work and get some useful tests
/ pod together as well.

I thought it was worth posting to the list as it likely affects other
plugins / CGI::App installations out in the wild!
