[cgiapp] Recruitment

Hello, Mike.

I would be interested in such project. I work with Perl more than 8
years, maintain 10 modules on CPAN (http://search.cpan.org/~chorny/),
wrote several patches for CGI::Application modules. I'm located in
Moldova (also in Europe).
