[repec-help] step-by-step instructions followup

Thanks all for your comments and sorry for the long silence. My travel 
schedule during my sabbatical leave gives even less time than in normal 
times. Scary.

I like the idea of Carlos for screen shots. This would be useful in a few 
cases, like how to save a text file in Word. Jon is right that we 
can put examples and screenshots for every system, but the use of 
Word is so widespread (unfortunately), that it warrants dealing 
with it. Uploading to a server, however, has too many local specificites 
to make it worthwhile, though.

Jon suggested to put a link to an example of a live archive. I have done 
this, and a link to the walkthrough of an archive in the IDEAS tutorial.

Danielle is right that many have difficulties with the ASCII files. On the 
RePEc team, we are all well versed with them (and most are not using 
Windows), so any help in getting this better explained is appreciated.

I have made a few adjustments to the instructions. Any further advice as 
we go along will always be appreciated.
