[RePEc-announce] New service and archive: MPRA (archive #644)

A new service has been inaugurated yesterday, the Munich Personal RePEc 
Archive, hosted by the University of Munich at 
http://mpra.ub.uni-muenchen.de/. This service allows authors who do not 
benefit from an institutional RePEc archive to upload their papers and 
have them included in RePEc.
