Lots of work in the back for RePEc in the past months, the results of 
which will become apparent over the Summer. One novelty to announce today: 
regional rankings of institutions and economists. At 
http://ideas.repec.org/top/top.country.all.html, by clicking on a regions 
name, the top 20% (10% for the USA) are listed.

During the last month, we had 423,805 file downloads and 1,508,125 
abstract views in 2005-05, with NEP breaking a record. Details are at 
http://logec.repec.org/.

We also surpassed several thresholds:

120000 papers announcements through NEP
120000 works claimed by authors
60000 paper abstracts
35000 NEP subscriptions
7000 authors
500 books
400 online books
