With the move of its maintainer, Sune Karlsson, to Orebro University,
EconPapers is now housed on a new server. Any URL on
http://econpaper.hhs.se/ is now redirected to
http://econpapers.repec.org/. We encourage to adjust your bookmarks
and links to the new address, which is now permanent. And thanks to the
Stockholm School of Economics for hosting EconPapers during its first
two and a half years.

Note that the download and abstract views statistics at
http://logec.hhs.se/ will soon move to http://logec.repec.org/ as
well.

In terms of traffic, January was very active despite the usual holiday 
calm. IDEAS and NEP both established download records. In total, 373,091 
file downloads and 1,499,663 abstract views were recorded with the 
participating services.

And, of course, new thresholds were passed during the month:

90000 online working papers
50000 article abstracts
8000 NEP reports
1750 series and journals
