Traffic was once again heavy on the RePEc sites in April 2004: 337,530 
file downloads and 1,519,622 abstract views. This pushed totals 
since we started counting to 7,811,693 file downloads and 50,577,391 
abstract views. Yes, this is over 50 millions.

A major event this month is the 16% increase in the number of registered 
authors, and the participation of CESifo.

And here are the traditional thresholds that have been passed during the 
month, documenting the continued growth of RePEc:
