[rclis] e-lis documents in DoIS

	Happy New Year!!

	With the new year there are a few new features included in DoIS:

	- DoIS is starting to harvest documents stored in open archives
related to LIS. Of course the first one included has been E-LIS. You can
have a look at the result in the url:

	I would like to thank Ed Summers for his excellent work in writing
the OAI::Harvester perl module which makes the harvesting process really
easy. Ariadne will include in the next issue a complete overview of
this module.

	- DoIS News. Starting last month there is a new section called
"DoIS News" which is going to be maintained by Concha Soler. This section
will gather news on LIS appeared in newspapers worldwide, including
English, French, Italias and Spanish media. For an example:

	- Online Reference. This section has been opened following a
sugestion by Julio Alonso Arevalo who will be incharged of dealing with
the user questions.
