I'm pleased to inform you about the availability of the final working draft
of my forthcoming ALA presentation for the ALCTS Scholarly Communications Discussion
Group  presentation   "Scholar-based Innovations in Publishing"

  As I noted in my previous e-mail, it includes mention (with lots of screen prints )
of E-LIS and the University of Bologna e-print site!
[I will note in my narrative that there is activity with institutional repositories
in Italy (not just (primarily) in English-speaking countries) AND that librarians
can  'Lead by Example' in promoting self-archiving by depositing their work in such
professional sites as E-LIS!
