[ReLIS] test message

  Hi,

  this is another test for the ReLIS list. Please members, repond
  to this message so that we can check that you can write to the
  list.

  Sorry for the hastle, but this is the first time that I am 
  running a list, the configuration does not come out
  of the box, so it needs checking.
