  Well, we have

authors         IN CNAME   authors.repec.org.edgekey.net.

  in the current data. If I remove it I suspect we loose the
  A record info for authors. We can't have this record
  and the records you suggest adding.

  I guss you have two records, it should be

| authors 300 TXT "v=spf1 include:amazonses.com ~all"
| _dmarc.authors 300 TXT "v=DMARC1;p=quarantine;pct=100;fo=1"
