  No, they ought to be qualified seperately with repec.org. This
  is what I do on all my servers, except biomed.news.

  In general, I believe RAS using authors at repec.org is a mistake,
  it should be something like info at authors.repec.org or @ras.repec.org.
  That is what nep does, it only mails in nep.repec.org.
