[RAS] email to root at repec.org

  I suspect it is the mail daemon on the machine that runs ras.
  It is configured to set unqualified addresess to be appended

  Looks like a mess of your making. You ask for authors to be
  redirected to authors.repec.org.edgekey.net. Then this redirects
  to e13502.ksd.akamaiedge.net and than resolution fails.

  You need to call their customer support asap.
