[RAS] gmail rejects our mail

  Sorry for this but I am not fully aware how it
  works here but fact is that gmail does not take it.

  There are two rejections here, the second to Okuda
  looks serious. It could be related to forwarding
  junk to authors at repec.org anna at gmail.com.

  We have a similar problem in NEP, with spam sent to the
  nep-???-owner at lists.repec.org forwarded to owners, some
  of them having gmail accounts. Forwarded junk is junk,
  it ruins our reputation.
