I see you use exim and encode as MIME-Header. RAS uses sendmail and 
encodes as MIME-Q. And indeed, I suspect the encoding is doing something 
funny. But before I can try successfully something, I need to figure out 
how I can restart starman gracefully after changing Email.pm.
