[RAS] Claimed items and "role" in RAS

Ich this pertains only to books, where one can be editor or author.

The site needs some editing, but I am waiting for Ivan to be done with the 
debugging before attacking this. Any presentation update gets overwritten 
whenever he uploads a software update.
