[RAS] Missing data in RAS

[Sune Karlsson]

I've had some complaints from an author that his paper in taf:jitecd was 
suddenly missing from his author page. Doing a handle search in the 
author service I only find 150 items for taf:jitecd, there should be 
about 365. Is the new server mirroring properly?
