[RAS] cit_events

 	Hi Dan, the files are now in sopri. The problem is that we need to 
change the update script there because it was wrotten to fetch the files 
from nebka. At the moment the script can't know what the new files are. 
Ivan could you have a look into this since the script was yours? Thanks,
