[RAS] cit_events

[Jose Manuel Barrueco]

 	ras-exports/ should contain files like:

 	cit_events.2011-09-03
 	cit_events.2011-09-04
 	cit_events.2011-09-05

 	one file for each day. The last one in sopri is dated Sep 6.
