[RAS] cron job /home/aras/acis/bin/nightly

It appears to have been sent successfully, or at least, sent from nebka to
our relay server mx1.stlouisfed.org successfully.  I'll forward this to the
maintainer of that server, but I don't expect a response before Monday.
