  As I wrote 

  The following command should refresh the files

aras at nebka:~$ rsync -va adnetec at citec.repec.org:RePEc/zzz/cites/
+/opt/mutabor/home/adnetec/RePEc/zzz/cites

  But it gets me a bunch of permission denied errors. Dan
  plesae fix.
