[RAS] Question concerning monthly statistics (fwd)

aras at nebka:~$ rsync -va adnetec at citec.repec.org:RePEc/zzz/cites/ /opt/mutabor/home/adnetec/RePEc/zzz/cites

  But it gets me a bunch of permission denied errors. Dan
  plesae fix.
