Another question:

apache complains in the error log:

mod_mime_magic: can't read `/home/aras/WWW/cgi/a.cgi', referer:
http://authors.repec.org/new-institution!099a84b0

and there are 9 thousands of those for yesterday. could you switch off
mod_mime_magic for this file or switch it off completely?
