[RAS] Google Analytics

We use here Google Analytics to understand better who is using the 
services.

I have added the relevant script to presentation/page.xsl so that is 
appears at the bottom of every page. But it does not, I guess because it 
needs to be sourced. How is that done, short of restarting the server?
