[RAS] test on ras.openlib.org

Tested again. Interesting that I was still logged in, and despite logging
out, I am still able to get into the account without password. Not good.
Strangely, I now have no suggestions.
Doing a new registration, all are 'no', even exact name variations. Is
that because learning is turned of?
