Not sure. This can be enforced only on this page, as the name string of B 
is a substring of A.

In any case, there are going to be imperfections. For example, when an 
Economics Department moves out of a Business School, the constraint above 
suddenly is not valid when I modify the institutional record, without the 
author visiting the profile. I guess this is sufficiently rare to be dealt 
with on a case-by-case basis.
