[RAS] time-out

I am getting a bit frequently the following error:

Gateway Time-out

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or 
application.
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at authors.repec.org Port 80


It has happened when I get into citations or the events log.
