/tmp cleanup during boot took quite a while, disk was at 67% at shutdown. 
I am not convinced we lost records during reboot.

These same 16 records were present before reboot as well, and nothing 
more.

Looking at logs, I nothing suspicious deleted from records during magic 
sessions or when people log in. For the moment.
