OK, I went ahead and did the following:
I went into ganicode at ulb.ac.be.xml, and changed all instances of pni209 to
pni10 (in its various manifestations.
I then went into the account, poked around, confirming there is a internal
server error when looking at citations and saved.
pni10.rdf got created, so it looks it transfered well to the new short-id.
I deleted pni209.rdf.
