[RAS] research profile, accept selections buttons

Hi,

I've gone through the buttons on the main research profile screens.
Removed the refuse undecided button. Made the remaning buttons larger.

Ie. the pages look similar in Chrome and IE9, barring the blue border
in IE9. (The border marks the default form action, i think.)
