[RAS] [RePEc] new institution (fwd)

[Christian Zimmermann]

The affiliation suggestion below was created when John Lott confirmed his 
registration. But his template is nowhere to be found! This is a rather 
big deal, as this is a really big shot in the profession. I tried looking 
in  the logs and find nothing about an account deletion or a change in 
email address.

The only thing I can think of is that the email was sent out when he let 
his temporary registration expire. That would seem very odd.
