[RAS] REPEC profile - problem in listing papers already in the database (fwd)

your checking is correct, but i don't see where (in this case) do you
get the Storable binary image error from?

please check that wbk/wbrwps/4545.rdf does not have a template for
repec:wbk:wbrwps:4511 because that is the cause of the conflict.
