[RAS] nebka disk issue

As I have alerted you several times in the past weeks, the nebka disk is 
quickly filling up. I saw no reaction, but the problem is still there.

Right now the disk is at 96%.

Given that it was at 60% only a few weeks ago, this increase in disk 
usage must be unusual.
