[RAS] homonyms and duplicates

I went through all authors to heck for duplicates and homonyms. The 
current list of homonyms is at http://ideas.repec.org/homonyms.html. 
Librarians are often impressed by this list...

I have sent emails to 57 pairs of possible duplicate entries. I do not 
think there are homonyms in there.
