[RAS] Three things

I am back from travel. Three things to report:

1) we have 30000 registered people. 23000 are authors.

2) the disk on raneb is back to 94% full

3) I made several presentations on RePEc over the last two weeks. The 
multiple affiliation issue is still causing headaches.
