[RAS] rid timeout setting

  I have had a brief, but very stimulating conversation with
  Ivan tonight. He thinks that the updating difficulties are 
  related to the very long delays after which unchanged records
  are reprocessed. I have set them to 1 month

aras at nebka:~$ e etc/crontab

aras at nebka:~$ crontab -l | grep updareq
