no. It read inceimy.rdf but then it found that the record that is
within the file is in a known conflict with similarly-identified
record in another file (spiesin.rdf). So, the update daemon thinks: do
I need to read spiesin.rdf to check if the conflict is still there?
and it answers to itself: no, I don't need to check it since it hasn't
changed recently and I can trust the data I have about it (and that
data being that the conflicting record is still present in
spiesin.rdf).
