[RAS] 2 problems (fwd)

The updating is still not working properly. This is the second complaint I 
got regarding RePEc:shr. I do

updareq RePEc shr

and the logs show that the archive is processed. The list of found files 
is complete, but when you look at the processed records, wpaper.2009.rdf 
is simply skipped, without warning. Why?

This issue needs to be fixed ASAP.

Un collègue vient de me signaler qu'après deux semaines, ses 4 nouveaux cahiers de recherche de notre série (Université de Sherbrooke, département d'économie) n'apparaissent pas
après la recherche automatique, manuel (mots clés, titres, auteurs) dans Repec. Il semble que le problème que je t,ai signalé au mois de Juillet est toujours présent,
