[RAS] citations counts from 357 to 85 (fwd)

From the CitEc side there have been no mass deletion of citations. It
seems there is a problem with the rsync of amf files from mutabor to
nebka... In mutabor we have:
adnetec at mutabor:~$ find RePEc/zzz/cites/ -name '*xml' |grep -c ^
383967
adnetec at mutabor:~$
but I don't know where they live in nebka. Could you check Thomas?
