[RAS] internal sever error (fwd)

Still getting internal server error complaints. I am travelling and cannot 
look into it.

I tried to register myself in RePEc Author list and at the final stage of registration
process, i.e., when I tried to click the URL address in the message you sent to my address,
internal server error message appears.  It is about 16:30 Japanesse time on November 5,
2009.  If there is anything further I should do to properly register, please let me know.
