[RAS] multiple affilaitions again

I had a meeting yesterday in Bonn, and the multiple affiliation issue 
became the main topic. I dropped several hints that they could pay for it 
and it would be fixed, but they did not bite. But I will drop more hints 
like that whenever it comes up...
